This relaxed and interactive workshop goes above and beyond the standard prenatal class, providing you with all the information you need to take ownership of your birth experience.

Birthing From Within mentors (teachers) believe that families can prepare for childbirth through the power of birthing-in-awareness, balancing practical useful information with introspective, multi-sensory experiences.

You will be in a safe, nurturing class environment, which will invite you, the new parents to be, to discover your own personal strength and wisdom.
