This is our Detailed Standard Return Policy. Unless another return policy is indicated, products sold by My Urban Toddler are covered by this Standard Return Policy. Merchandise under this Standard Return Policy may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund.
My UrbanToddler is unable to accept items that have missing tags. Returned items must contain all original packaging. Items that have been washed, worn or used will not be accepted and will be sent back to customers at their own expense.
*Sale items are FINAL SALE.
*All Strollers, Car Seats, Sale items, Carriers, Personalized items and All nursing supplies are non-refundable. These include intimate apparel; breast pumps and accessories.

MyUrbanToddler.com does not offer any express warranties. However, many of the products available through MyUrbanToddler.com are covered by Manufacturers' Warranties. If a product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, it will be stated on that product's web page. Manufacturers' warranty details are typically available at the manufacturer's website.
Many manufacturers offer additional factory coverage. With regard to such, customers should contact the manufacturer of the item directly for information regarding eligibility and specific Terms and Conditions.
Physically damaged items cannot be returned to My Urban Toddler.com.
If a customer returns any physically damaged item to My Urban Toddler.com, the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Once an order has been placed, the payment is processed immediately. If a customer decides to cancel the order you may do so as long as it has not been shipped. Please call My Urban Toddler to process the refund over the phone.
If for any reason a customer receives a defective product, contact My Urban Toddler immediately. In most cases My Urban Toddler will take the product back and replace it as long as it falls under the manufacturer's warranty.
My UrbanToddler ships packages, Monday through Friday via UPS or US Postal Service. Additional shipping may apply to oversized orheavy items. Orders received after 3:00pm Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the following business day unless customer has been notified of a back ordered item. MyUrbanToddler.com will ask the customer whether they would like the order to be shipped complete or partial.
Discount and coupon codes are non-transferable. Coupons and discounts can not be combined with any other offers or used on package deals. They do not have any cash value and can only be applied towards store merchandise or classes.
Gift Certificates are non-transferable. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and can not be returned for a cash refund. The gift certificate can only be used to purchase store merchandise.
